The accounts of the Corporation are maintained in all district offices in the State as well as at the office in other states apart from the Head Office. For maintenance of the accounts, special application software has been designed with the help of in-house resources. The audit has been completed upto 31.3.2010. The annual turnover is Rs. 379/- Crores. The paid up capital is Rs. 418.44 Lacs and the fixed assets are Rs. 4,091 Lacs (figures as on 31.3.2010). The working capital requirement is fulfilled from funds generated from business as well as Cash Credit Limit of Rs.50/- Crores sanctioned by Bank of Maharashtra.

Audit

1	Statutory audit is done by a firm of Chartered Accountant appointed by the Comptroller & Auditor General of India, New Delhi.
2	The tax audit is also done under section 44AB of Income Tax Act.
3	The accounts are also audited by the Office of the Accountant General, Mumbai.
4	The internal audit is done by own Internal Audit Department.
